MEET COACH MICHAEL
Coach Michael is a professional soccer coach based in Southern California, working with players of all levels, from professional athletes to NCAA Division I and youth players. As a UEFA B Licensed coach and former Director of Coaching, he has led multiple academies and developed players across all levels.
With over 32 years in the game, his experience includes top European and MLS environments, bringing a global perspective and professional approach focused on real-game performance.
Background
Education
Coach Michael holds a UEFA B Coaching License and a Master’s degree in Public Relations & Communications. He has also completed coaching education with FC Bayern Munich, learning directly from their coaching staff and development philosophy.
Club Director
He has served as a Director of Coaching and Technical Director for multiple soccer clubs and academies, leading player development and setting coaching standards across all levels.
Professional Clubs
Coach Michael has gained experience within top professional environments across the Bundesliga, Premier League, and MLS. He has worked closely with and learned from elite coaches, including Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City FC and Wayne Rooney at DC United.
Coaching
Coach Michael has coached at all levels, including the NCAA Division I level and works with high-level players, including professional athletes, national team players, and World Cup players. His sessions are built on professional standards, structure, and real-game application.
